As someone who is scared of heights I was worried I would not be able to go down. But the guides - Sam and Abby- were amazing and walked me through every step. I felt safe and comfortable. Being able to experience the rainforest and waterfalls in this new way was exciting and breathtakingly beautiful. Definitely worth it!

Repheka and Alba were our tour guides and they were great. My fiancé nor I had ever been rappelling before but they guided us and coached us through it all! It was so fun and so beautiful!

I highly recommend making this one of your Maui excursions! Our guides were so friendly and professional and we felt safe the entire time. The water was too high when we went, so we didn't get the full tour but our guides were quick on their feet and led us to another long wall to rappel down INTO the water, which was extra-awesome!

We journeyed to the Hana area to partake in Rappel Maui's Waterfalls & Rainforest rappelling adventure. We had zero experience and are over 50 for reference. Our guides for the three hour activity were Naomi and Abbie. They were knowledgeable, keen on safety, great coaches and great cheerleaders. They made the trip for our group with their high positive energy and zest for not only rappelling, but life itself. Infectious fun was had by all - even when staring down a vertical rock face or cliff. We did three unique rappels, two of which featured a plunge in a fresh water pool below followed by a brief swim. Super fun, super exciting and a great adventure. Worth the drive (it's a bit long and winding) and worth every penny. A great "to do" off the beaten path on Maui. Cheers to Rappel Maui!

This was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend it for someone seeking a unique and thrilling adventure. Our guides Anne, Abbie, and Luke were friendly and funny, very knowlegable and patient. They were our cheerleaders and went the extra mile to make sure everyone felt incredibly safe while having a great time. It was challenging but so worth the feeling of accomplishment and excitement! The waterfalls and the hike were some of the most beautiful sites we saw the whole day and it was great to swim in the pools. Leave yourself extra time to get there and to get through the entrance gate. Also, if you are doing the rest of the Road to Hana that day, this activity does eat up a lot of time and we rushed through some of the other stops.

I thought the experience could of been much more favorable if more detailed instruction was giving. On the second repel I was told I wouldn’t be able to touch for second but then I could continue on when I couldn’t touch I panicked and flipped upside down and smacked the cliff. On last repel my wife got caught up in waterfall and didn’t know what to do and she couldn’t hear the instructor she hurt her knee pretty bad it was after the fact they told her she should of let go of rope right away if caught in waterfall.
